It'll have her full name, date and place of birth, mother's full name and maiden name, possibly father but most likely not, in which case it will give you the mother's occupation and address, also the signature and address of the person who registered the birth (probably the mother), and the date that the birth was registered.

If she was legally adopted then it will say so on the certificate, though of course it won't give any details of who adopted her etc.
