Stephen you need to contact me as we need to establish is your birthday correct (I believe it is) and do you know what area/hospital you were born at. If this is correct there maybe a wanganui connection for an area where you were born. I have spent many years searching for the 'missing' peices because of how New Zealand processed some 'adoptions' in the 60's.
another long shot of information for you. Did you visit Hamilton, New Zealand in 1997 looking for your family. Our sister reported (along with her daughter)that a man in his thirties resembling a very close 'family' likeness turned up with some story about her house for sale and the man wanted to take a look inside. I feel that as most people have family portraits on their walls, this was the true intention of the situation. My sister reported that the man was with a younger woman (possibly a daughter?) that became extremely 'distraught' which did not fit the scene of someone coming to look at a house for sale. The house was not for sale.
If that was you? then I can only say it was the right house and could've had all your questions answered. since that time this sister cut all ties from the family because no one believed her, or her daughter in what they'd witnessed.
This sister was recovering from a major near fatal work accident so therefore she was considered our Jane Doe.
Her memories did return but by then it was too late. Please if that was you that visited the Coventry Road property, you can help us by helping her.
