As you know his birth mother's name is Delwyn Buckley, I presume you got that info from his Original Birth Certificate (OBC)??

Did you get a copy of his adoption file from the Adoption Information Unit at CYFS?? In 1971 the social workers asked lots of questions about birth fathers, his family and any health issues, and this info was placed on the file.

If you haven't got this,send a photocopy of his OBC and a request for a copy of the file to them.
