I am currently looking for my birth mom, Stacey Renee Frappart/Lucero. She was born January 22, 1972 and should be about 35 years old. She has blond hair and blue eyes, standing at a height of 5-10. Her mom is "Sharon Darlene Burgess" and her father is Arthur Fredrick Frappart." Last time I saw her was in August of 2000 in Norfolk, VA-According to my dad, Jose Pablo Lucero.
