My grandfather was born Feb 28, 1920 in Ft Worth, Texas and given up to Edna Gladney's Texas Children's Home and Aid Society for adoption. I don't know who his birth parents were but I do know that a Jule Monroe was an 18-year old "divorced" border of Dr. William E Jackson of Ft. Worth that year. Theory: The Jacksons may have taken in girls giving birth and adopting out.
