I am seeking information on who my birth mother is. I was born on May 23, 1945, at 9 a.m., in Stetson Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. I was immediately turned over to a friend who arranged for my adoption. Unfortunately, I did not know this until 18 months ago, and the PA adoption records are sealed. I do know the records confirm when and where I was born and also contain my birth mother's name (which they cannot release) and her age at my birth (25), but no birthdate.
