At Intelius, the current (or last known address) is listed at the top of the report in bold. Several of the firms seem to have common ownership.

They also list the current owner of the property, which should be fairly current, since it comes from the property tax listings. You can then look up that person and contact him/her.

They also list associated people who can also be searched. However, this information may be extremely old.

It is also a good idea to check the Social Security Death Index, available for free at FamilySearch. There is some delay in posting it for privacy reasons. Theirs was last updated on 2/28/2014.
