I was born July 26, 1960, in Crossville, TN. Looking for birth father or kin to answer to health questions that I have. I am not sure whether or not he knew of my existence. I do know he wanted to marry my birth mother but she was unable to relocate to another state so they did not marry. His family was of the Rinnie Community or Clarkrange not sure which. Adoption records mention both. He completed the 8th grade and then went to Dayton, Ohio, to work in a factory there. Not sure when he went there though. He had a sibling who was a teacher in 1959 and a principal in 1960. He also had a brother that was a mechanic in a local garage. He met my mother when he was visiting family after being laid off from work in Ohio. By the time I was born, he had been laid off again. I've met my maternal family but wish to locate birth father or any children he might have had if he is deceased. I've included the narrative above to narrow down his identity. I understand he was about 22 years old in 1960 and he came from a farming family. Most of his siblings completed school and some went to college.
