Im not sure but I can definately ask. Our family has lived in Oregon since the 70's and there's a large community of people from El tecolote in Santa Barbara,CA. We lived their also for about 4 years. I haven't heard of anyone (family friends) who have been in the Kansas area but I can ask my dad and my uncles. El Tecolote is REALLY small. You can easily walk the whole rancho in a day. My uncle Antonio lives down there still so he might also be some help. I'll see what I can come up with.
