Looking for any information on the adoption of Edgar (17) , Louis (12) and Joseph Woodridge (15). Was adopted according to 1900 census by Lizzie Mitchell in New Orleans. 1890 census destroyed in fire. Unable to get information from the 1890's where Edgar would have been 10 years old. not available due to.
