I am looking to find my half sister. She was born in Sullivan County Ny. Believe she was born in monticello Ny she was either 68 or 67 her birth name was Dorothy Rundle but it was changed and she could have been known as Dorothy Delano not to sure of the spellilng of Delano. Her mother was married before the veitnam war to Richard S. Rundle and that is her birth father. I believe her mother remarried and she was adopted by her mothers new husband. I never new his name her mothers name is FLorence Delano any help would be greatly appreciated.
