looking for my half sister i have never met. I dont know too much but her name was Dorothy Rundle she was born after veitnam and her mother remarried. She is between 33- 38 years old. can any one tell me how to start looking? What to look for in old family records. I have alittle information. but dont know if i should post it on here or where to start. I have been making phone calls to the ones i know but the family left that knows all says i have no business looking for her. But i want to know her or give her information she might need and if she doesnt want to meet or anything its fine. I just need to know what to try phone calls havent worked just run up bills. I have been searching for over 5 years. Help please!!
