I too am an adoptee I have been searcing for 10 years and foudn most of my family. I can tell you that I did do a search in Arizona, you may want to request non Id info. This gives you non id information about your birth family. If you do this thru Pheonix you will want to obtain a CI, they look thru your records and may even help establish contact if both parties are willing! There is always hope always!!
