Hi, My father in law, Richmond Clark Howard, who is now 82, is looking for his half sister (born from same Mum) at Garfield Park Community Hospital in Chicago in 1944. He thinks he is very sure he was 12 when she was born which makes the year 1944. Apparently, she was adopted at birth straight from the hospital.

Their mum's name is Chloe Beatrice Howard, or she may have used her maiden name Chloe Beatrice Clark. The father to this baby girl was in the air force and his name is George Zangara. He apparently died in the air force.

Anyway, my father in law just turned 82 and was an only child until the half sister was born. He has been reminiscing and talking about her a lot so I am hoping someone out there knows anything about this. Thank you.
