Hello , Ive been searching for my 2 friends adoption info got pretty much so far,if your searching for birth parents you have to get your adopted parents concent,{no matter how old you are} {so strange , i know}. if they are deceased you can get them thru family services, if your birth parents are alive they do contact them and let them know who is looking for them{dont know if they have to get there permission or not} or you could contact vital records to see where you should go to fill out a form to see if birth parents or siblings are searching for you, if so then they contact the both to see if you both still want to meet.I am from St louis so if you need any help I'll sure try. good luck
