My Father was adopted and on his birth certificate it lists a Donald Lee King, born in Papillion, Nebraska as his birth Father. King is such a common name. I have searched for many years. My Father was born on March 30, 1928 in Deaconess Hospital in Oklahoma City, Ok. His birth Mother's name was Amelia Ann Penskofer whom we had a beautiful reunion with back in 1979. She didn't reveal much information however she did say she was sent to an Unwed Mother's Home in Oklahoma City during her pregnancy. She lived in Lawton, Okla. but she also lived for awhile with her Aunt and Uncle near Omaha, Nebraska. I have no certain knowledge about if she conceived in Nebraska and was sent home to Okla. or if in Okla. Her Father lived in Lawton. We have some information about his birth Mother but his birth Father is pretty much a mystery at this point. She did say the last time she had saw him was in 1937 in Iowa or Ohio. Any information would be so appreciated. I'm very interested in medical information and knowledge like that. My Father has passed, and my Grandmother Amelia has also passed, but I continue my search.
