Looking for my cousin. Listed on paper as "baby boy Salyers". Mother was Lydia Iline Salyers. Given up on 2/14/69 to Dickenson Board of Public Welfare for temporary foster home. He was evidently adopted out. Would love any information on him. His birth date would be about the same.
