I have been working on helping my Dad find out who his bio-mother is for about 10 years.
I feel like I have been through the ringer and have done all that I can, but I'm not ready to give up.

Does anyone have any new or refreshing ideas to help me figure this puzzle out?

Born in Deaconess Hospital in OKC on 09/02/1964
Mother listed alias of Valerie Lowe from OKC (born in KS) age 22 at birth (listed that she went to beauty school)
Father was Raymond Pierce (deceased)

The mother is still alive according to adoption agency, but they can't get a hold of her. But from the messages they leave for her the agency sounds like they are a solicitor. I wouldn't call they back if I was getting the messages they left.

Suggestions??
