On Feb. 9, 2008 I gave permission to Marri J. Rillera (of Triadoption Library) to put the book on the Internet. The book has a separate chapter for each state of the U.S. and each province of Canada. Marri and her staff did a great job putting it online in searchable (pdf) format.
