I am looking for information about my great-grand Aunt, Ethel Wright. I am not sure of her married name. I do know she was in the WWII "Women's Army Corps". Her parents were John Alexander Wright and Mollie S Brown. She was born in Virginia.

Her married name might be Hoover.

As far as I know they did not enlist married women.
It would help to have her birth year and where she lived in 1940 census. The NARA has online Army enlistment database and this is the only Ethel Wright listed.

If this is her you can request a copy of service record or ask her next of kin with the service number. They also may have been burned in the fire in 1973 in St Louis storage facility. Only Army/Army Air Corps/early Air Force records were affected.
