I am looking for information on camps where men from Yugoslavia/Austria were taken during World War II. I have seen pictures where my second cousin was but there is no name on any of the pictures. Any help appreciated.

Hi, I'm researching which concentration camps in Northern Italy/Croatia might have had gas chambers. My father was stationed in various sites from Dec 1944 - Sept 1946. I've only recently been told that his battery was one of the first to discover concentration camps - but specifically with gas chambers, not just internment camps.
Thanks for any help
