I am hoping i can help someone out there looking for a picture of their long lost relative. I have found amongst my grandmothers/grandfathers/great grandfathers photos, a photo of a R.C. Tapscott VX4552 AIF.

After a little checking, his full name is Robert Claude Tapscott. DOB 07/07/1920 in Abbotsford, Victoria, Australia. Next of Kin Isabella Tapscott.
