Has anyone ordered military records from NARA? I would like to get my father's WWII military records but after visiting NARA's website, it sounds as if only one document from a service member's file is sent. How do I make sure I'm getting the entire file? Is it better to make the request online or by mail? Thanks so much for everyone's help.
