My grandad Walter Terry served in the 3rd West Riding Field Ambulance in WW1. It was a T A unit. I have photos of him and his pals and would like to know who they were. He was gassed and died in 1922. I am involved in a project at our local university medical school which is commemorating all the medical personnel that served in that unit and others. Does anyone have any information on personnel who served? My grandad's record was one of those lost, also his future brother-in-law's who served with him are unobtainable too.

My great grandfather Ernest E. Turner if Wiltshire, England was a field medic & ambulance driver in the Boer & First World war. I know very little about his military career besides the fact that he had one, and apparently so did his father William Turner. Both of Ernest's sons served for Canada during WWII. I would be very interested in your project.
