Hello,
It seems that my grt grt grandfather was a pension agent in Perry county Ohio I am assuming for Civil War vets. as he was one.
I have a picture postcard dating from about 1920 with him standing infront of his office that say's JS Kelley Pension Agent.
I would like to confirm that he was a civil War Pension agent instead just assume he was.
