Looking for proof of burial of Alexander Beasley with co. 'A', 2nd Ark. Inf. USA who died at Dardanelle in March 1865. Oral history says he was buried in a mass grave following death of soldiers from illness. Where is this mass grave?
He was from Johnson Co. Ar.

Also would like info on burial site in Oakland Cemetery, Clarksville, Johnson Co.,,,,was there a list made of those buried here and later moved to Ft. Smith National Cemetery.

Union Cemetery, Johnson County is the burial place I've seen listed for this man.
