Hello

Can anybody help me identify this uniform,sorry for bad picture quality.I knownothing about the picture but hope the uniform may give me clues.
I have a feeling this may be my french great great grndfather and English great great grandmother but i am unsure as i have never seen their photos before.
Any info at all evena possible date woud be so helpful.
