Just wondering if anyone can identify the uniform in this photo? I'm not even sure when it was taken. The photo belonged to my Maltese great-grandmother (Louisa Williams) and was among other photos of hers taken in Constantinople in the early 1920s. There are no dates or writing on the back of the photo.

I know she was engaged to someone before she ran off with my British great-grandfather (a Royal Navy officer - Lewis Earley), so I'm wondering if this might be her jilted fiance or perhaps even her father(Ernest Williams), who was killed aboard HMS Black Prince in the Battle of Jutland in WW1 serving the Royal Navy. But I know she had a lot of suitors during her time in Constantinople so I guess it could be anyone really, although she doesn't seem to have kept photos of any other men.
