I have a postcard with a photograph of a group of British army personnel, postmarked Natal, South Africa, on 15 July 1907 (photo attached). One of the men may be my wife's grandfather (Robert Dean, born 1876). I do not know which regiment of group of soldiers it may be. The photo is indistinct so identifying marks (e.g., regimental badges) are not discernible.

Could anyone suggest where I could find out which British army units or other groups were present in Natal at that time and whether lists of personnel are available.
