I am looking for any information and/or relatives of my maternal grandfather, Samuel Jones. His date of birth unknown but according to my mother he was a young soldier at the time when he met my grandmother, Ethel Mary Simpson in Bangalore India. He was in either of the above regiments who were stationed in Baird Barracks, Cubbon Road Bangalore India at that time. He returned about 1925 or 1926 to marry my grandmother, but due to unforeseen circumstances could not, and he left and was never heard if again.
