G.g.grandfather Noah H. Cox came to Texas ca 1846. His brother, Robert Cox also arrived same period. I am trying to acquire additional information on this IN unit that fought Mexican War: I have no company number...Second Indiana Infantry. The name Noah Cox appears on military service index microfilm. A Robert Cox served Company I, Col. Morgan's 2nd OH Infantry. Does anyone know if additional Mexican War records can be found on line?
