Footnote.com lists a Justus Willey as a member of the 4th Tennessee Infantry during the Mexican War. I cannot find him listed on any rosters. Can anyone shed any light on this? Was he a member? Where was he from?

I am researching a Justus Willey from West Virginia (actually Virginia) who supposedly served in that war and died sometime around 1851 from wounds received in the war.
