The 10yrs safe driving medal was one of several safety awards of the National Safety First Association (NSFA), some were issued to association members and other via companies to their driver employees; the recipients name should be engraved on the back.
The Association had wide ranging campaigns & even competitions and there were also certificates and badges for (x) yrs free of accidents in the workplace.
The association was formed in 1923, in response to the rapid rise in road traffic, workplace and home accidents, by a merger of the London Safety First Council and the British Industrial Safety First Association. In 1941 the NFSA became RoSPA (the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents), so the medal must have been awarded before that date.

The other two are WWII campaign medals, the 1939-45 Star and the France - Germany Star, the recipient would have also been awarded the War Medal (1939-45); WWII medals were issued un-named.

Thanks for the info on the safe driving medal. The medal's aren't mine I'm asking on behalf of someone so I have limited information but the gentleman was a driver in the Army, would he have received the safe driving medal from them?

As the NSFA ceased to exist when it became RoSPA in 1941, then being a 10yrs medal for it to be awarded while in the army, his service as a qualified army driver would have to have began from 1931 or earlier.

You’ll need to check when he enlisted in the army and what he did before that.

As the medal wasn’t a recognised medal of British forces he wouldn’t be allowed to wear the medal, or ribbon, with any army medals like WWII campaign medals.
