Deciphering Korean War Record

My cousin was in the Korean War, seriously wounded on 25 May 1951 & was "Disposed Date 12 Jul 1951." The "Disposed Place" was "VO". Does anyone know what that means? Any help would be appreciated.

Nancy, I am pretty sure the "disposed date" refers to disposition of records. I twould indicate where his records were sent. No idea what the VO stands for, perhaps a location.
