Looking for German Soldier's family

Hello,
I have the "Wehrpass" of a Konrad Moser. Born March 1, 1907. Father Alvin, mother Maria. There is a lot of information in this, but I need to have it translated. It looks like it starts in 1939.
Where do I start with this??
Thanks!

Here is the translation:

Konrad Moser, born March 1, 1907, in the town of Obernheim, District of Galingen, in the German Reich (Empire), religion Catholic, family ancestry verified 15 Jan 1938 (not of Jewish ancestry).

Father Alois, a farmer, Mother Maria. She died in 1939.

He was appointed to the position of a District Commander. This was a non-uniformed position.

Konrad Moser,
born 3. Jan. 1907
in: Obernheim
Kreis oder Bezirk/county or district: Balingen
Deutsches Reich
Religion. catholic
Familienstand/marital status: verheiratet/married since 15. Jan. 1938
Beruf/profession: (I am not sure because of the handwriting)
Father: Alois Moser, Landwirt/farmer
Mother: Maria Moser nee Heinemann, died 1939

Do you also have the other pages? On the next page there must the "Anschrift der nächsten Angehörigen" (address of the nearest relatives).

I think this "Obernheim" is "Obernheim am Neckar", today in the "Zollern-Alb-Kreis" in the german state "Baden-Württemberg" in the south-west of germany.

Thank you so much to both of you for the translation!!! I greatly appreciate it and this will definitely help with new clues! A couple of years ago I did the same thing with a Soldbuch that was taken off the German soldiers body after the Battle of the Bulge. I was able to trace down his widow and daughter who was baby at the time and send his belongings back to them...and they are both still living. It was truly amazing!

Technically, yes. He was, however, a leader who would have been respected by the military. "District Leader" in the party might have been a better description.

I asked my mother on the profession:
Beruf = Profession, erlernt = learned: Harmonikamacher (= harmonica maker; producing those music instruments).
Beruf = Profession, ausgeübt = practised: Harmonikastimmer ( = harmonica tuner).
