Feldpost 39 875 & Red Cross Records?

Surnames: Fügen Fuegen
I have recieved a reply from the Deutsche Dienststelle in regards to my search for Willhelm Fügen (aka Fuegen) (1911-1945) and I am having trouble understanding parts of it:
Which I google translated to:
On the occasion of the search conducted by the German Red Cross in Munich registration of War Missing Mr. Include (Fugen) been reported.
According to the applicant, he gave his final message of March 1945 as a member of the unit with the field post no. 39875 = regimental headquarters and headquarters company Waffen-Grenadier Regiment 34th
Because the possibility exists that the Federal Archives, R 2, Finckensteinallee 63 12205 Berlin records are available, I recommend wages sent there in writing to ask. I would point out that there are also negative INFOS Charges are applicable.

Does this mean that the researcher did infact find a supporting record? What sort of records does the Red Cross keep and how would one search it? Is the "Feldpost Nr." important or will it lead us to further records? Our dream is to find a picture of Wilhelm and/or his family. Any help is appreciated.

It does not mean that they have a record. They will research FOR any record. There will be a fee.

Send a letter of inquiry to:

Bundesarchiv
R 2
Finckensteinallee 63
12205 Berlin
Germany

Be factual in your inquiry. His full name, date of birth (dd/mm/year), place of birth, last known address before entering the military, both parents names, and the military service info provided by the Red Cross.

Thank you for your suggestion Don. :) Sadly we really have none of this information. Though I have a birthday of September 1911 for him I have no idea if that is accurate. Nor do we have any idea of his parents names. They may have been Prussian and may have died abord the Wilhelm Gustloff.
If they did not find a record what does the Feldpost # refer to as it was not information we had prior?
Thank you so much for your time & help.
Kate
