Hello
I'm looking for info on a member of the 77th Highland Regiment who fought in the colonies during the French-Indian Wars. I think he stayed afterwards and settled in either New York or New Jersey. His name was Daniel (or Donald) Munro and he was born in Argyll, Scotland in 1738 and married Mary Polly Boyle. They later settled in Nova Scotia. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The name Donald Munro appears four separate times in my book, 'His Majesty's Courageous Highlanders." See attached.

I did include names from the 77th & 78th Highland Regiment, along with some other regiments. The book is on sale at Amazon.com, here's the link. And for $20, it has a lot of great information in it!
