I AM LOOKING FOR A GAYLORD WELCH FROM NEW YORK, I THINK AROUND CATTARAGUS. I AM UNABLE TO FIND HIM ANYWHERE. HE MIGHT HAVE BEEN MARRIED TO AN INDIAN. I CAN'T EVEN FIND HIM IN A CENSUS. PLEASE HELP.
