Re ordering copies of pages from a document using the National Archives staff.

Yes, part of the ordering procedure is to obtain an estimate of the cost of copying that one would expect to include for the NA’s staff to locate, extract and copy the page[s] of interest.
However, from personal experience the NA will state that locating the record is classed as research and an estimate for that is required first; charge is £25 GBP per 15 minutes.
An independent researcher would be more cost effective; they could photograph the page and email it to you.
