difficult…left side:
Truppenkörper not to read
Charge not to read
lastname unreadable
first name looks for Ladislaus
religion is roman.cath.
Assentjahr/ year when started at military looks for 1914, which would be very late at age 29…..so this means possible because WW1 started and he was called up for Serving. His compulsory military service must have been nearly 10 years earlier….

right side:
heimatberechtigt (zuständig) - a native of (in charge)
Ort/ hometown is unreadable
Bezirk/ district is possible Tarnau, Tarnow = Tarnów, now Poland
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tarnów
Land/ country is Galizien
Geburtsort/ birthplace looks some like Rauchowa or Rowchowa?
found Rzuchowa which would fit with Tarnów County: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rzuchowa
https://www.google.at/maps/place/Rzuchowa,+Polen/@49.9488713...
old map 1909 left side at 50° following the river and railway line south of Tarnow:
http://lazarus.elte.hu/hun/digkonyv/topo/200e/39-50.jpg
Geburtsland/ country of birth is Galizien
Geburtsjahr/ birthyear is 1885

http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Verwaltungsgliederung_Galiziens...

Not sure what is available online for church books at Rzuchowa. But year 1885 to find a firstname Ladislaus may lead also to the last name, if the place name would be correct. What a pity that the last name is not readable…..
In any case this is a page of KuK Austrian-Hungarian Military Pass or Grundbuchblatt. So what happened to the person? Lost at field, died or lived later in Bukowina…???

Could not find at Loss Lists a Ladislaus of Rzuchowa born 1885.
Only a Nalezinski Stanislaus without a birth year, who served at Infantry Regiment Nr. 57 and was wounded. But the document you posted has clear Ladislaus! so will not be this person.

Ok, thanks for the info. Thought just some similar.
Sad stories of soldiers who rest somewhere in foreign fields.

A brother of my grandfather rests somewhere in now Moldavia from WW2 time, nobody knows where exactly but anywhere area between Chisinau and Grigoriopol at river Dnjestr. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dniester
I found the info at research for his serving documents in an Archive here. Interesting was that the direct family line always thought he rests in Kaukasus Area much further east. He came to his last home visit from there. They were not informed that when he had to go back to front, the front meanwhile changed back to Area more close to now present Romania, as the Russian fought them back. I searched for a time where the stated place could be and looked to first time too far east. After reading some info to front changings I found it then, as Kaukasus was not longer possible from that time period. I was surprised that family was not informed about that. So the young pregnant wife that time always thought for Kaukasus. Meanwhile she died before years and never could get the real info, but the descendants now know it. It must be very sad for a family not to know the exact place where their family member rests.

So in this case the only possibility would be, if there are online records for the POSSIBLE place, to look if a birth for a Ladislaus is to find in the year 1885. I know that some online, but i´m not fluent with polish research. I do not know which archive exact would have the files. Maybe ask at polish board for that. Would think there are people who will know that. Polish Wikipedia says Województwo małopolskie for Tarnów so think for best Malopolskie board:

I also have no idea who could have now the documents for the Military Serving for a person who was from Crownland Galicia. Possible also Poland now. Normally the files where given to the successor states.

Links about Austrian-Hungarian Military. No idea if it helps for Galicia, but you can e-mail the person from US. Maybe he knows: http://ahmilitary.blogspot.co.at

another link of him http://www.iabsi.com/gen/public/military_records_in_upper_hu...
leads to this, which looks good: 10. Austrian Military Regiment Garrisons within Galicia -> http://www.polishroots.org/Resources/austrian_garrison/tabid...

Info Link of Family Search.com: https://familysearch.org/learn/wiki/en/Austria_Military_Reco...

Hope it helps anywhere, but last name would be needed to search this persons Military Service…..

War History WW1 shows possibility for Eastern Front and Brussilow Offensive:
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Österreich-Ungarns_Heer_im...
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brussilow-Offensive

-> english: Eastern Front and Brusilov Offensive
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_War_I#Eastern_Front
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eastern_Front_(World_War_I)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brusilov_Offensive
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eastern_Front_(World_War_I)#Bru...
….The powerful "Brussilow" offensive would hit the Entente at a weak spots on the eastern front, in a wide area stretching from the southern part of the Pripjet swamps down to Bukowina. Brussilow believed that by attacking at numerous places on this front he could keep the enemy off balance, never sure where to send their reserves. The Russians would send four armies against a weak Austro-Hungarian front strengthened by a handful of German divisions in the North (part of the Heeresgruppe Linsingen). ….

No, no present Austria do not have all the files of the former Crownlands of Austria-Hungary. They were given up to the successor states! And some of them have lost the files then. In any case in Vienna NOT for research of WW1 time. With some luck one can only find Pre-1867 Military Records at Vienna War Archives for people of former Crownlands - Written requests accepted, fee charged.

War Archive Vienna: http://www.austria.gv.at/site/5003/default.aspx

2.2.1.2. Basic service sheets (Grundbuecher, Grundbuchsblaetter) - info page 6
…..These were kept by the regiments, and periodically submitted to the central authority in Vienna (War Council, Ministry of War). Following the great army reform of 1868, the Grundbuchsblaetter were kept by the regiments and territorial recruitment organizations only……….
….According to the Saint-Germain peace treaty of 1919, all Grundbuchsblaetter of the years of birth 1865-1900 for soldiers outside the new Austrian Republic had to remain in, or to be surrendered to the “successor states”. Therefore the Kriegsarchiv keeps from these age-classes only the personnel files for soldiers from the territory of today's Austrian Republic……...
