in fact of the kuk austrian-hungarian Empire which ended 1918. it looks like maybe Jäger at infantery:

heat is like here hungarian Landwehr(Honved)which includes also infantery (see also at picture before):
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/K.u._Landwehr

the green lanyard also would fit maybe for Jäger:

regiments: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liste_der_k.u.k._Kampftruppen#D...

Kemecse belonged to recruiting-district 6 Kaschau/Kassa and militarycommando 65 Munkacs:

i see Landwehr and Pioniere directly at Munkacs stationed - but some possible places more in this military-area:

present map for Kemecse: http://maps.google.at/maps?hl=de&cp=7&gs_id=k&xh...

possibilities:
infantery at
* Kassaer HIR 9
Kommandant: Oberst Julius Preinreich – Preinreich Gyula ezredes
Landwehr at
* III. Landwehrdistrikt – Kassa (Kaschau)
M.kir. II. kassai honvéd kerületi parancsnokság
