My great grandfather was Josef Krizsan, he was married to Katalin Toma (who passed before I was born) I was told he fought in WWI for Austria Hungary, he was injured, sent home to recover and went back to the war. He was killed sometime during the war. His wife Katalin and their 2 sons Josef and Bela came to the United States in 1921. I beleive Katalin had a sister who moved to the US prior to 1921 as the ships manifest states she was going to stay with her brother in law M. Slashel, I have not been able to find any information on him and Im not sure the last name is correct.
