My direct ancestor, David Fox, was in the Dracut Company as a private under Capt Stephen Russell. They marched to Lexington upon the alarm, but were late for the first shots fired. My question is, did the company fire upon the British all the way to Cambridge or did they just return home? Just so curious and haven't been able to determine. Thanks
