Hello,
I have been trying to find my biological father who married my mother when station in tochikawa, Japan in late 1950. All I know is that his name is George alexander, married my mother mitsue fukashima and I was born September 6 1951. Mother has passed away now for some time and aside from a copy of their marriage certificate, and little known information that he was from lincoln, nebraska, i have not been successful trying to get Ny information from the military as i do not have his social secuirty number amd date sof birth. Perhaps if I had their divorce decree, it would provide more information needed for me to track known by biological father. Any help of information would be sincerely appreciated.

Where were they when they divorced? If you know that and if it was in the states, start with the county clerk for that county.

Could also try the 1940 Census for Lincoln, Nebraska or the WW2 draft images on Ancestry.com or the local genealogy chapter at http://llcgs.info/. If she has the marriage license that might help to locate his parents and extended family. Don't know that it will help her father though.
