Mark, Sorry for being so late in thanking you for your reply. I am not certain that my William Weise was in the vicinity of the Eclipse at the time. I'm not sure, but I think he was still back home in Jefferson City, MO, on self-extended invalid leave in January of that year. But I did look anyway and haven't come up with anything.
