Enoch Nation had enlisted in the 106th Indiana Infantry,co E on 7/10/1863 and mustered out on 7/15/1863. This regiment was a "minuteman" regiment that was organized for "Morgans Raid" in Southern Indiana. His residence was listed as Wayne county,IN.

He enlisted in the 9th Indiana Cavalry,co G on 1/21/1864. His residence was listed as Henry county,IN on that enlistment.

James Nation enlisted as a Sergt in the 8th Ind Inf,co A on 9/5/1861. His residence was Muncie,IN(Delaware county). The 8th was a 3 year regiment so he must have been discharged early. He was commissioned as a Captain in the 110th Ind Inf,co F on 7/10/1863 and mustered out on 7/15/1863 at Indianapolis,IN. The 110th was also a "minuteman" regiment that organized for the "Morgan Raid" into southern Indiana. He enlisted on 12/30/1863 and was commissioned 1/21/1864 into the 9th Ind Cav,co G as a Captain. He transferred to Field and Staff on 6/5/1865 as he was promoted to Major(although the promotion was not mustered). He mustered out on 8/28/1865 at Indianapolis,IN.

Any idea where Enoch and James Nation are buried? I compile burial sites of Indiana CW soldiers.
