Thank you for your suggestions Paul. I had a look and my settings were already the same as the ones you suggested. I am using version 2011, having upgraded from 2006 and obviously there are major differences which have to be learned and I am working on it. Dont like it though. I tried to paste a clip of what is on my screen but it will not allow me to do so. Is there anyway I can contact you off line? Regards Jean
