Apparently it was a problem at their end. I had a previous version registered and when i tried to register this one for some reason it was putting my e-mail address and password in twice consecutivly so they weren't recognised. The chap corrected it from his end. My old version still works too.
He said it has been one of the common problems, another being the date/time settings being wrong and another being firewalls.
As i said it only took a 5 min phone call and it was a freephone number.
