Is it possible to customise the layout of the standard print outs?

In particular I would like to have the person's name justified top-right of the page, in "Surname, Forename" format.

My reason is that when the sheets are printed out and placed in a file, it is much easier to finger flip through the top right of all the pages to find the person you're looking for instead of opening each page to the midway point.

Can this be achieved, please? Thanks
