1.) URL comes up invalid after I click on and open Web Search. I didn't have a chance to get results, because as soon as I click on Web Search I was getting that message. You may have missed it where I said I could get to and use Ancestry just fine as long as I was not getting there via FTM web search feature.

3) Yes, the lower box should change to the name of the person I click on as I click on various result returns ( as it does when it operates correctly). That is the problem I am having. I cannot merge a correct result because that box on the right side gets stuck on one person from a previous search...will not reflect the current person in the result so I can merge! When it does change from person to person in the results that I click on, sometimes it is the left side (person from my tree) that refuses to change when I click on a different person in my tree! Very frustrating to have to shut down and start over. It will work great for about 1/2 hour and then starts acting up again.
